Just 20-30 minutes a day to exercise ? What can you do in that amount of time?

Reach your own limits!!! Try a superset, the superset is a great way to workout if you have limited time. Each cycle should take you two minutes. If you can do ten cycles of this you will total 300 pushups and 400 crunches. No resting in between sets! You basically rest by doing crunches.

Exercise as quickly as possible. You can alternate exercises after each set of maximum repetitions. You can do quite a bit in as little as 20-30 minutes. You can create your own program, but follow Below some recommendations. What about

20 regular pushups, 20 crunches, 20 wide pushups, 20 crunches, 20 tricep pushups, 20/20 Left/Right crunches / if you like the elliptical machine so go run for 15 minutes, go to your limit and finish with 5 minutes of your best try doing abs

So push yourself every set until you can no longer perform the exercise. If you do this 3-5 times a week, you will have better PT scores within a month. And your body will start to change faster than you imagine because that motivation will increase your metabolism and that will improve your results

But hold on a second … you will be so tired and feeling hungry after the superset so..

Remember that you are not hungry, you are thirsty please don’t let your body confuse you with the feelings and different emotions, when you finish the superset just go and drink a lot of water, watch your diet by eating oranges, take a cold shower breathe and go back to your normal activities

Yes … always will be perfect dedicate 1 hour 30 minutes to workout everyday but if you don’t have that time, try the superset it’s hard and not easy because the body will need to rest but try, try to do your best and never give up, if you didn’t today, just try tomorrow, if tomorrow you didn’t your best just try again because really the key of success is never stop trying until someday get your goal

Believe in yourself
