Cardiovascular exercise is one of the key components that should never be left out of a fitness plan #Gocardio, More individuals performing cardio are using it as a way to burn off excess calories and since you are moving the body, it’s going to increase the need for energy. Some forms are slightly better when strictly speaking of fat loss but all cardio, regardless of since fat loss does depend on calories burned versus calories consumed it is a step in the right direction.
The reason to do cardio does not end with fat loss though; there are a wide variety of health benefits you receive from a regular cardio program.
Improved heart health, increased metabolism, improved hormonal profile, improved recovery ability, management of diabetes etc.
As you build up your fitness level, then you can concentrate on performing more advanced forms of cardio such an interval training, tempo training etc. Once you are able to do 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week it’s going to be ok for your routine / it’s important to add cardio to your routine by adding high- intensity interval training of 10 minutes before and after and intense weight lifting program.
Making that shit easy to understand, the best way to improve your daily routine is to start with weight lifting program for 45 minutes stop and jump on the step machine or static bike for 45 minutes by increasing the acceleration with the minutes and end with a big set of abs for 20 minutes, in that way you will push your routine to be more aerobic, you will burn more calories and you will look great by the end of summer.
That’s so important to know .. it’s always going to be better to think about an indoor routine vs and outdoor routine if your goal it’s to burn more calories, get better abs and looks great all the summer time, remember outdoor exercise is for resistance and indoor exercise will help you to burn more calories and get the abs you want faster than ever, why ? that is something I am going to tell you in a future article but listen to me …
I really recommend cardio for the workout plan and if your goal it’s burn more calories, you have to plan and think about an indoors workout routine.
