Supplements ? Yes I recommend you to use supplements, there is a difference between anabolic steroids and natural anabolic. In fact a good diet is full of natural anabolic but c’mon I know you want to try to improve results, so yes try that kind of anabolic pills that helps your body to transform the carbs in energy and also by the same way will help your body with the digestion process. (try natural stuff never Steroids and it will be ok)

What about Pre-workout stuff ? Really I recommend you fat burner pills instead of pre-workout because some pre-workout products will make you fat.

What about testosterone for men? Well the testosterone production decrease with the years, that means if you are 20 or 35 years old you really don’t need that stuff, but if you are 38, 40 or over 40 years old, go ahead and try it but listen there are two kinds of testosterone, one that you can inject to your body and other that you find as testosterone booster pills. Really the first one (injectable) is dangerous and will make a mess with your system, your liver, kidney, etc. The other one it’s just a pill with some elements that helps your body to increase the testosterone levels that’s perfect for you and will help you to feel great during your workout and obviously will help you to burn that fat a little faster. Yes the testosterone in the male is in charge of the fat burning process, so less testosterone, slow fat burning process, increase testosterone levels will help you with the fat burning process.

I do not recommend any other kind of products and please do not use a lot of everything, really a bottle of 60 pills can last two months, if the directions are saying that you have to take two before and two after that is shit. They want to make you buy other bottle, really you don’t need more than a pill of testosterone booster or fat-burner products 30 minutes before start your workout.

About the anabolic stuff, it’s a little bit different, because you have to take one 15 minutes before eat carbs, that means if you are going to eat salad with chicken you don’t need that but if it’s the weekend or if you want to cheat your diet and you are going to eat pizza, pasta, sushi, ice cream you need one of those pills 15 minutes before to enjoy your food.
