Drink water before, during and after your workout, don’t be afraid to do it, just do it little by little.

Go drink water, #refreshyourself, #rewardyourself  and love yourself by performing well all the time you have to dedicate to your workout, it’s really important to breathe and drink water when you really feel your workout is getting a little difficult or that it is too hot… you are at that moment U have to drink water and never forget.. (there is no substitute for water) other things to drink are full of sugar and will generally make you thirstier.

The amount of water you should drink before and during your workout varies for each individual depending on your weight, the type of workout you are doing and your climate. Start with 8 to 16 ounces of water before your workout it’s maybe the best way to do it and talking clear… the best you can do it’s to have ready a semi- frozen bottle of water and take that to the gym … (yes semi-frozen bottle of water) by doing it you will have access to water in the right amount and your body will feel the reward, the refresh and the benefit of the water.

To be well hydrated during your workout will help you to perform well for all the time of your workout and please after finish workout just drink a normal small bottle of water, go home, rest a little bit like 35 minutes and after that take a cold shower … promise you will feel the effect of the energy coming back to your body it’s like start over again your day with a lot of positive things in your mind

water is simply the best medicine after workout and the workout it’s seriously the best therapy ever to achieve the goal to have a powerful mind … Hey body builders sometimes we all know avoid water before and during the workout it’s good when you are on a cut but really no everybody is a body builder and to be on a cut it’s a moment for special things and special times, in real life you can be cut too!! .. You gotta live… so drink the F**** bottle of water and get results step by step, little by little without avoid enjoy life, smile and to be Happy #beyourself
